Top Tips
- Use an extra egg: when you’re making your box brownies, I suggest using an extra egg for an extra thick brownie
- If you like your brownies on the moister end of the spectrum, add a 1/4 cup of Nutella to your mixture before baking
- In terms of how long you’ll bake your brownies, it’ll be different depending on how much of each ingredient you add (for this recipe, you can get away with eyeballing some of it!). A good rule of thumb is to bake your brownies till just the middle moves around when you gently shake it.
Ingredients
- Your favorite box brownie mix and the required ingredients as instructed by the box
- Mini marshmallows
- Cocoa powder
- Cinnamon powder
- Gingerbread cookies
Directions
- Mix the required ingredients into your box brownie mix.
- Add 3/4 cups of mini marshmallows.
- Add a 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- Add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
- Add about one cup’s worth of crushed up gingerbread cookies.
- Combine all the ingredients, and bake until only the center of the brownie tray moves when you shake it!
