WWB founder, Laura Frater, used Strava to train for her first half marathon last year. She LOVED it.
Even if you’re not a runner, Strava can also track hiking, cycling, cycling.
The free version will track your distance, times, and give you a map of your workout. You can connect with friends (if you want to!) and see each other’s progress. Strava also “awards” you medals when you achieve a particularly good time and/or distance during your workout.
2. Future
If you want virtual personal training, this app is for you! And we love it – it’s used by our WWB founder, Laura, too!
Fro 149.00 USD per month, you get curated workouts from your personal trainer. Best part? You get to choose the trainer.
You can pause Future for up to 3 months at a time.
3. 5 Minute Yoga
This one is in its name… a super convenient – and free – yoga app that’s perfect if you’re short on time.
4. Pliability
Not into yoga? No problem. Pliability focuses on stretching without the yoga context.
Pliability offers a seven day free trial, then it’s 13.95 USD per month.
